Alistair Donohew lives near Truro in Cornwall, England, where he manages his own environmental and economic consultancy, Kovia Consulting Ltd. Alistair is a proud Cornishman with a deep love of Cornwall’s natural and cultural history - he also makes a fine pasty.  

Alistair has nearly twenty-five years’ experience encompassing scientific research, technical consulting and policy advice as well as time teaching. His consulting work has included roles in environmental assessments, mergers and acquisitions, economic evaluations, urban regeneration, sustainable procurement, social and economic impact assessment, strategy formation, and feasibility studies. 

Alistair has been a teacher of science and geography at several schools and colleges and has guided many trips around the Duchy.
